[P@L] On the way to sustainable and resident urban development

Cities and regions around the world are facing comprehensive transformation processes: social and demographic change, climate change, scarcity of resources, digitalization and new technologies are the major challenges. The recent pandemics and multi-crises are just one example of how quickly the framework conditions can change. We also need to rethink urban planning and development. There can be no "business as usual": This would severely restrict our quality of life and, in particular, that of future generations.
