[AKNW] RWTH receives UNESCO Chair for Cultural Heritage and Urbanism

How can evolved architectural structures and urban heritage be preserved in times of climate change and rural exodus? UNESCO, together with RWTH Aachen University, has now established the "UNESCO Chair for Cultural Heritage and Urban Development" headed by Professor Christa Reicher to address this key question. This means that there are now 16 UNESCO Chairs in Germany contributing to the implementation of the Global Sustainability Agenda.
