The MT project is looking for ideas for a new urban quarter at Reisholz harbor. The very dense and mixed-use quarter directly on the Rhine is to have a commercial and service focus, but also include various temporary forms of housing.
The focus is on combining and further developing innovative living and working models. In addition to commercial collaborative living and working structures, residential forms with studios and studios for the creative scene that has developed on the site are to be integrated.
Social and gastronomic infrastructures and supplies for daily needs are to be planned to an extent appropriate to the neighborhood.
In addition to an appropriate arrangement and range of uses, the time factor of the temporary location of a container port must also be taken into account. Thus, the ideas should be thought in different time phases.
