Impromptu Course: Visualizing TCR Personas

Course Content

At TCR, we value student feedback and regularly organise activities that give students the opportunity to help co-design the future of the programme. The Impromptu Course aims to visualise the different backgrounds of TCR candidates and compare the situation before and after their studies. Ultimately, the outputs should help future candidates in their decision-making process. Participants will get insights into innovative visualisation and inter- viewing methods and will also have the opportunity to network with TCR alumni and learn from their experiences.

The course is divided into three parts.

1.) There will be inputs on:
How to conduct semi-structured expert interviews (from qualitative studies) How to visualise the information gathered as personas (from design thinking methodology)

2.) Workshop
TCR alumni with different disciplinary backgrounds will be invited as experts to be interviewed in online 1-on-1 break-out sessions.

3.) Output
Systematic documentation and visualisation of the collected information in a given template. The products will be published on our website and used in brochures to help future applicants in their decision-making process.

Participants should have advanced skills in visualisation software.
