"New skyscrapers in the cityscape"

Living in a high-rise building - that can be very glamorous; in a penthouse floor with its own elevator to the underground car park. Or it can be very unglamorous; in a run-down social building ghetto on the outskirts of town. One building is an object of prestige, the next building sin. In any case, the high-rise building is far from being obsolete.
