[stadszaken] Heerlen gets a German university

"Fifty years after the fight for the state university with Maastricht, Heerlen can still become a real university town. The RWTH from Aachen will open its doors in September in the heart of the old mining town. Maastricht University is also interested in Heerlen. For Parkstad Limburg it is the next step towards close cooperation across borders and economic recovery."
