Cities are committing to climate neutrality - that‘s the theory. But how does this happen in practice? What are the paths and possibilities to net-zero emissions?
Prof. Dr. Uwe Schneidewind and Pascal Biesenbach present what Wuppertal‘s climate protection concept envisages and go into detail using the example of the climate quarter “Wuppertal-Arrenberg”.
